UDEN 16 - Exhibitor Sign-Up
The exhibitor space at UDEN 16 will be in a large open space at The Leonardo in Salt Lake City.
The exhibit space will be open before, during and after the keynote presentations, which will be in an adjacent room.
Space is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
We will provide:
- 1 x table
- access to power (we will place you close to an outlet but please bring extension cables)
- a space approx. 10' x 10'
- you should plan to provide everything else that you will need
- If you require more than one space, please let us know ASAP
You need to provide:
- Chair(s)
- All of the equipment you need (computers, VR/AR setup, monitors, controllers, accessories etc)
- Signage (stand-alone signs ideal; we cannot guarantee placement for posters)
- Handouts (business cards, product descriptions etc)
- Give-aways (if any)
- Power extension cords
- Anything else you need to successfully demo your products/service
